Also called meeting planners, belonging to R&D department. R&D is the most important part for guaranteeing a consistent and high-quality conference. As a producer, you should have a strong sense of responsibility to follow a whole summit. Getting in touch with industry elites will bring you extremely valuable experience.

Job Description:
- Make deep research through communicating with executives and industrial experts, collecting and analyzing feedback, mastering the industry hotspot and tendency

-Design conference agenda (writing agenda topics & inviting speakers)

-Cooperate with project team to make project executed well

- Responsible for the site arrangement to make sure the high quality of conference and satisfying our guests.

- Build good relationship with speakers and participants, and serve on site to make sure the summit quality and participants’ satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above, accept interns only who can work 5 days a week. Overseas Master degree is advantageous
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Mandarin, Pass CET-6
-Strong research and analytical skills, good execution skills and communication skills
-Experience making cold calls or working in conference industry prefer
-Able to work under pressure, High sense of responsibility, industrious, innovation, team-worker
-Good detail master and excellent in holding all in control
